Alertness Blend

We live in a fast-paced world and many times we find that we are not as alert as we want to be. Whether we are studying for a report, spending time with the kids or trying to focus on our work, there are just times when we want to be more alert. For those times, there is this recipe.

You will need:

1 tablespoon of your favorite carrier oil or massage oil

5 drops of grapefruit essential oil

5 drops of bergamot essential oil

4 drops of clove essential oil

A small roll-on bottle


Place all of the essential oils in the roll-on bottle and then fill the rest of the way with the carrier or massage oil. Put the ball into the bottle and place the lid on the bottle. Shake well.

Rub this mixture onto the back of your neck and your shoulders when you need to focus and rub a bit on your chin so that you can inhale the aroma as well.
