You will need:

10 drops of a carrier or massage oil

10 drops of thyme oil

10 drops of Ylang Ylang oil

10 drops of pine oil

Directions:

Place all of the oils in a glass bottle and keep it near you and inhale it often. You can even rub some of the oil on the skin under your nose so that you do not have to keep picking up the bottle. Many people have said that this smell, is very satisfying to them and has helped the quit smoking without dealing with all of the cravings.
